The Lp gives the co-writing credit of both songs to Horace Ott, some releases of the single give them as Covay - Miller, some as Covay - Ott...

The "Mercy, Mercy" single was released with at least 3 different Rosemart label designs, the main difference being the font used for the text "Rosemart". Label scans of three versions below.

1 the lp was listed under "New Album Releases" in Billboard issue 16 January 1965. Next weeks issue 23 January 1965 has the album listed under "Special Merit Picks" with an "(M)" after the catalog number indicating a mono lp. The stereo mix of the lp was thus possibly issued at an unknown later date.
2 an ad for the "Mercy, Mercy" 45 appeared in the 15 August 1964 issue of Billboard.
